Investors - If you have the means to invest in a United States company, or create your own company, and create ten (10) new jobs in the country, you may be eligible to apply for your residency or green card under an investment based (EB-5) visa. Please note that the minimum amount of investment for an EB-5 visa is $500,000. If you wish to invest less than $500,000 than you may still be eligible for a non-immigrant investor visa that provides additional immigration benefits. FAMILY

If you are married to a US citizen or are a recent widow of a US citizen, you may be eligible to apply for a family based petition that would allow you to become a permanent resident of the United States. Other family members, US citizen children, a fiance, permanent resident spouses and permanent resident parents, to name a few, may also petition for your entry into the United States.
