Currently at Calderaro Law Group, we have the following open positions:

Training and Development Specialist – Miami, FL / Full-Time.

Duties:
Develop & manage firm-wide legal training programs (onboarding, continuing education, skill-enhancement) for attorneys, paralegals & admin staff. Create/update materials, assess professional development needs & establish employee pathways. Ensure staff remain current on legal updates, firm systems & regulatory requirements. Coordinate CLE & lead sustainability, technology, data security & ethics initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Law or closely related or foreign educational equivalent + 36 months of experience in the job offered or closely related.
